Florida Cooling Group was built by technicians — not salespeople, not investors, not corporate executives. Our founder, Charlie, started in the field at 19 years old on a full-time installation crew. Those early years were spent learning HVAC the right way: showing up early, doing clean installs, respecting customers’ homes, and understanding that quality work always speaks for itself. After gaining hands-on experience in the field, Charlie attended HVAC school to deepen his technical knowledge — breaking systems down, rebuilding them from the ground up, and truly understanding how every component works together. That foundation shaped the way Florida Cooling Group operates today.
